We have started another investment! This time we are going to build another stage of the ALFA PARK housing estate in Gdansk, which is being constructed on behalf of B-JWK-MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o.
This time we will build 3 buildings, in which a total of 112 apartments have been designed, garages have been provided for in the underground parts, while on the first floors of two buildings there will be service premises.
In the surroundings of the buildings, as in previous phases, care has been taken to provide plenty of greenery, recreational areas and a playground. A huge advantage of the investment is its location, which provides both proximity to nature (Tri-City Landscape Park), but is also well connected through quick access to major roads, as well as access to public transport (proximity to the PKM station).
