ALFA PARK VI

Construction of the next phase of the ALFA PARK residential complex in Gdańsk, commissioned by B-JWK-MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o.

We have completed three buildings, designed to house a total of 112 apartments; the underground levels will feature garages, while the ground floors of two buildings will house commercial spaces.

As in previous phases, the area surrounding the buildings features abundant greenery, recreational areas, and a playground. A major advantage of the development is its location, which offers both proximity to nature (the Tri-City Landscape Park) and excellent transportation links, including quick access to major roads and public transportation (proximity to the PKM station).
