The end of the year is approaching, and we have started construction of another multi-family buildings. The commenced development is the next stage of the ALFA PARK housing estate in Gdansk, which is being built on behalf of B-JWK-MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o. commissioned.
This time we will execute 3 buildings, in which a total of 112 apartments have been designed, underground sections will include garages, and there will be commercial premises on the first floors of two buildings.
In the surroundings of the buildings, as in previous phases, care has been taken to provide plenty of greenery, recreational areas and a playground.
