At the beginning of the year we began construction of a multi-family residential building located in the center of Gdynia, surrounded by Central Park. According to the project, 14 apartments will be built on six above-ground floors, including one adapted to the needs of the disabled. Due to the shape of the terrain, the first above-ground floor is partially dug into the ground. The underground section, which is to serve as a garage, will be accessible via a car elevator.
On the construction site work is in full swing! The raw state has been completed! Water, sanitary and rainwater drainage connections and the heating connection have also been made. Terraces and balconies are being covered with insulating layers, and inside the building the installations of electricity, rainwater and sanitary sewage systems, as well as ventilation are being done.
Ahead are elevation works, window installation, and in the following weeks plastering and interior insulation.
