Project description

Complete construction of an office building for Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp.z o.o. in Gdynia, at Witomińska St., including connection of utilities and construction of a road network with parking spaces.

A four-storey building with a basement. In the underground part there is a car park with 14 parking spaces, a heat transfer station, technical rooms and a staircase. On the ground floor there is a reception desk with back rooms, office rooms, an exhibition room, sanitary facilities, and a staircase with an elevator. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are office rooms and welfare rooms. On the last storey there is a reception desk with back rooms, offices, Management Board offices, and a conference room. A disabled access elevator is available on all the stories.
