We started the second quarter of 2024 with the signing of a contract for the construction of a student house. As a General Contractor, on behalf of COLLEGIA Sp. z o.o., we will build the building, which will consist of 13 above-ground floors and one underground floor. This is the second dormitory in Gdansk that we will build for this investor.
The building is designed with 392 rooms, which will provide accommodation for 500 students. And 100 hotel rooms will be available on the top two floors of the building!
In addition, the facility will include a fitness room, a catering service and conference rooms.
