We started the second quarter of 2024 with the signing of a contract for the construction of a student house. As a General Contractor, on behalf of COLLEGIA Sp. z o.o., we will build the building, which will consist of 13 above-ground floors and one underground floor. This is the second dormitory in Gdansk that we will build for this investor.
The underground part of the building was designed as a garage hall with technical rooms. To ensure that there are enough parking spaces, they have also been provided at level 0 in the form of an outdoor parking lot and an enclosed multi-car garage. On level 0 you will also find a reception area located in the lobby.
The 1st floor will include a fitness room, office administration and conference rooms, gastronomy with facilities, and a locker room and sanitary complex.
Levels +2 to +10 have been designed as academic rooms with bathrooms and kitchenettes. A total of 392 rooms have been designed, which will provide accommodation for 500 students. In addition, tenants will have access to common, utility, social and storage areas.
The last two floors of the building are designed as a hotel area, where 100 rooms will be available for guests' use.
