CONSTRUCTION OF THE YEAR 2022_WF PIOTRKÓW

We are pleased to announce that the Piotrków Wind Farm, which is being executed with the participation of our company, has been awarded the main prize in the "Construction of the Year 2022" competition.

This is a particularly honourable distinction in our industry because the prize and title are awarded as a result of a competition organised by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians. This annual award is dedicated to construction investments that stand out in a special way against the background of other projects carried out in our country.

The Piotrków WF with a total capacity of 30MW, located in the Łódź Voivodeship in the Wolbórz commune and the Moszczenica commune, was carried out on behalf of Wind T1 Sp. z o.o. (Tauron Ekoenergia sp. z o.o.) as consortium leader together with our partner P&Q Sp z o.o.

The investment included the preparation of replacement and executive construction designs as well as the implementation of access roads, assembly yards, foundations for wind turbines, a 30kV cable line, a 110/30kV station, and a HV cable line, including::

• 15 foundations on prefabricated piles - a total of approx. 6,600 m3 of concrete and 750 tons of steel,
• permanent access roads approx. 45,500 m2,
• permanent assembly yards approx. 24,400 m2,
• temporary roads and widenings approx. 37,400 m2,
• GPO 110/30 kV station,
• 30 kV cable and fiber optic line with a total length of approx. 50.1 km,
• 110 kV cable and fiber optic line with a total length of approx. 0.215 km,

The entire work was completed within 19 months.
