The last quarter of 2023 was very intense for our energy sector! We completed one high-profile investment and started two more.
We have completed the work carried out as part of the modernization of the Main Railway Station in Gdansk. We are pleased to have been able to participate in this project, as it was the winner in the public vote in a nationwide competition and received the "Railway Station of the Year" award. The contest was organized by the ProKolej Foundation. The scope of our works on this (prestigious) realization was a comprehensive execution of electrical works inside the building, i.e., among others: basic and emergency lighting installations including installation of lighting fixtures, power installations, delivery, assembly and connection of switchboards, transformer, UPS power supplies and lightning protection installation.
From October 2023, we have been carrying out works at the Baltic Hub terminal in Gdańsk, consisting of comprehensive energy installation works. The scope entrusted to us includes, among others: delivery and construction of 130 km of cable ducts made of protective pipes, delivery and laying of approx. 80 km of MV cables, 200 km of LV cables, as well as delivery and installation of 1,633 pcs of "Reefer" sockets and 600 pcs of lighting fixtures to be mounted on platforms for reefer containers and the installation of 347 switchgear bays and 23 transformers. Due to the enormity of the scope, the work will be carried out until the second half of 2025.
As part of the contract, we are carrying out, together with our consortium, the reconstruction of three 110kV MV lines and one 220kV MV line. As a result of the work, sections of the lines will be cabled, thus removing collisions of the power infrastructure of RWE STOEN and PSE with the planned and constructed facilities of the second line of the Warsaw Metro, in particular with the STP MORY station.
